Vendor Benefits: Carmen Austin Ministries seeks to provide a variety of vending and sponsorship opportunities for corporate and small business for our S.E.W. Sistahs Empowered to Win  attendees. Vending tables will be set up on Saturday October 11 2025, 9:00am, no later than-10:30am and will operate until the close of the event. The vendor display area will be located outside the Christiana Ballroom in an area that will give our attendees access to our vendors before, during and after the conference. Additionally, vendors will have the opportunity to reach guest who are currently staying at the hotel.

Vendor’s Information:

  • One 6ft skirted table, a tablecloth and two chairs
  • Electric outlet if needed.
  • Fee $45 (Vending Fee Only) $80 (Vending with (1) Registration) $115 ( Vending with (2) Registrations)
    Note: If you sell clothing and are bringing a hanging rack, the width must not exceed 6 feet.  The price of the 6-foot Tabletop applies for hanging racks if you utilize hanging racks instead of tabletops.

Carmen Austin Ministries acknowledges that full payment has been received. By submitting this vending form below, it constitutes that you have read the agreement for the right to use the space assigned by the hotel and the committee, as well as everything included with your vending fee.

My signature indicates that I have read and agree to comply with the space lease terms.  I understand that agreements are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis and once accepted there are no refunds.
